Because Tiger Wholesale Supply operates strictly as a commercial B2B wholesale distributor and dropship supplier, our operational structure differs from traditional retail stores. To maintain our ultra-low wholesale pricing and deep volume discounts, all bulk orders are manufactured, processed, and secured on demand.
Due to this immediate allocation of capital and manufacturing assets, all sales are final. >

No Cancellations: Once an order is placed and funds are processed, production and logistics begin immediately. Orders cannot be canceled or modified.

No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept physical returns or exchanges of bulk inventory lots to our corporate distribution offices.

No Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds once a bulk shipment has been initiated or completed.
Damaged or Defective Inventory Logistics Protection: We protect our commercial partners. In the rare event that your bulk shipment arrives structurally damaged or with verifiable manufacturing defects, we will issue inventory credits or replacement items at no extra cost to you.
To file a transit damage claim, you must contact our support team at support@tigerwholesalesupply.team within 7 days of delivery arrival with clear photo and video evidence of the damaged cargo. Approved claims will receive a replacement shipment directly from our manufacturing partner lines.
